A booking fee of 25% will be payable to secure the date. The booking fee is non-refundable. Payment of the booking fee is considered an acknowledgment of these terms and conditions. If the client decides to postpone the wedding we will hold the clients booking fee until the wedding goes ahead. The balance of the monies must be paid, in full, four weeks prior to the wedding day.
Whilst every effort will be made to match the bridal colours and order requirements, flowers and foliage are natural materials and should we be unable to obtain the specified items as discussed, we reserve the right to substitute to the nearest available likeness. We will advise the client of any changes after making the purchase, prior to the wedding day.
Any changes to the clients order which result in money being owed to the client will be returned. Should the client wish to make any additions to their order, the outstanding balance will be increased to cover the additional costs.
If through illness or for reasons beyond our control Michelle Anne Floristry are unable to provide the clients wedding flowers, we will pass the order to an available florist who will work to our quoted prices.
Liability is limited to the supply of goods only. No responsibility can be accepted for injury through use of the hired items. Liability insurances are available at your venue’s request.
Any complaints must be expressed by the client, upon delivery of the order.
Should any items be hired to the client, they must be returned in the same condition as they had been left with the client. Failure to do so may result in Michelle Anne Floristry invoicing the client for the replacement of the items.
All hired items remain the property of Michelle Anne Floristry. Should the client not use the hired items, refunds will not be given for unused items.
There cannot be a reduction to the total fee, greater than 15% of the original order. The original order is confirmed upon payment and clearance of the booking fee.
Michelle Anne Floristry is to be the sole entity providing fresh flowers for the wedding, unless agreed otherwise, to protect the integrity, reputation and quality of its design business.
