Hannah and Lewis’ big day was at a lovely church in Aughton, Liverpool followed by a wedding reception at Titanic Hotel, Liverpool. It was our first time at Titanic Hotel and I was really impressed by the industrial feel to the building. As a bit of a Titanic geek, I was over the moon when Hannah and Lewis chose me to be their wedding florist for their October wedding.
The style of their wedding flowers was classic, sophisticated and stylish, with whites and greens to go with the bridesmaids beautiful bottle green dress, with a hint of blush in Hannah’s bouquet, well just because! The bridal party flowers contained Veronica, Astrantia, Waxflower, Lisianthus, O’Hara roses, grey Brunia and a few varieties of scented Eucalyptus for foliage. The cutest little flowergirls had mini bouquets and a scented eucalyptus flowercrown. The groomsmen had buttonholes of white lisianthus and foliage.
The bride and groom’s guest table centrepieces were made of a mixture of Eucalyptus and Ruscus wreaths on a few tables and on the others, a wreath design of whites and greens containing elements of the bridal party flowers, complemented by soft candlelight.
The showstopper of the day, aside from Hannah, was the top table garland. Perfectly matched with Red Events Creative’s suspended installation.
Congratulations to you both!
